Trumbull Park Homes
Chicago Housing Authority
Trumbull Park Homes is a Chicago Housing Authority family development originally built on the southside of Chicago in 1938.
Each building was upgraded with new MEP systems, appliances, and architectural finishes to provide a pleasant and safe living environment. Extensive environmental abatement was required in each building, including mold remediation, asbestos abatement and lead paint removal. Exterior work included concrete site work, masonry, and roofing, along with new entry doors. Site work included new paving, walkways, fencing, landscaping, playgrounds and refuse areas.
